Zac Thomas

Zac has been involved in Multifamily Investments since 2011. Specializing in both brokerage and institutional acquisitions, he has closed over 2,300 units totaling $160 million. Beginning his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2011, he transitioned to the principal side sourcing acquisitions for Houston based Triad Real Estate. In 2015, he joined New York-based Rockport Equity Partners where he led acquisitions, project analysis, and asset management. Throughout his tenure, he has consulted with numerous investment groups on creating strategic processes for proprietary deal flow and acquisition pipeline management.

Zac attended Southern Methodist University and was a 3-year letterman on SMU’s football team. Zac is married to Heather who works as a Registered Nurse in Fort Worth. They have four children and are active members of Watermark Fort Worth Community Church. When he’s not busy buying and selling real estate, he can be found running after or away from his kids.
