Yuriy Chubok

Yuriy Chubok joined GREA in 2024 as a broker. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate brokerage, he founded a Drone Inspection company primarily focused on telecom, solar farm, and building roof inspections, as well as creating marketing material for real estate properties and events. Yuriy was drawn to multifamily real estate by the opportunity to work directly with property owners and the challenge of finding a solution for each client’s unique needs.
