Bill Strong serves as an Associate Director at GREA in the Tampa, Florida office, specializing in multifamily, land, and investment sales across the Tampa Bay Region. With 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Bill has worked with some of the most respected and globally recognized firms in the industry. Bill is committed to creating value for his clients by helping them make informed, strategic decisions about their multifamily investments. He believes investors are best served through long‑term relationships built on trust, transparency, and consistent performance. Bill and his team focus exclusively on serving multifamily property investors, providing tailored guidance in the acquisition and disposition of apartment communities and development land. Collectively, the team has closed more than $6 billion in multifamily transactions.  Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from New England College in New Hampshire. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his wife and two stepsons. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
