William Patton

Associate Director, Debt & Equity

Will has worked on over $1 Billion in commercial real estate transactions since starting in the CRE industry in 2017 in the following asset classes: Land, Hospitality, Office, Retail, Multi Family, Industrial, and Healthcare.

He is a licensed attorney, analyst, researcher, and transaction manager who uses skills such as Financial Modeling and Valuation, Debt and Equity Underwriting, Contract Analysis, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, Data Analysis, Database Management, Legal Research, Economic Research, Mapping, and Legal and Business Writing in application during due diligence and other phases of CRE transactions.

In his current role as a member of the GREA team, Will is responsible for managing commercial real estate debt and equity transactions at all stages from underwriting to commitment, during due diligence, and ultimately, is responsible for ensuring that timely funding is executed. He played a key part in underwriting GREA’s $300mm+ in capital transactions since 2020, and was project manager on over $30mm in loan transactions for GREA over that time.

Outside of GREA, Will is actively involved in NAIOP’s Greater Philadelphia Chapter. He is a member of NAIOP’s government affairs (GA) committee and member of NAIOP’s developing leader (DL) committee. He also volunteers each summer at the annual “NAIOP – Drexel Summer Real Estate Program”, which is designed to introduce high schoolers of diverse or under-privileged backgrounds to careers in CRE.
