Walter Miller

Walter Miller specializes in market rate apartment and student housing properties. He focuses on multifamily sales and has an extensive track record selling retail and land properties. In addition, he leverages his experience in conducting site selection, construction, renovation and alternative uses for his clients’ assets, creating additional revenue stream for their end result. Walter has a strong reputation serving institutional, as well as private investor clients in the sale of investment sales properties throughout the Southeast.

Utilizing cutting edge technology along with extensive market knowledge, Walter provides his clients with comprehensive representation, helping them achieve maximum value in the purchase, sale and disposition of their assets.

Miller is on the Board of Directors of the National Multihousing Council and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors of which he is a part of that organization’s Million Dollar Club. He is also an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association. Walter is licensed in the States of Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Walter received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Georgia.

He is member and volunteer at Buckhead Church, and supports several charities including Camp Grace, a children’s camp. He has three daughters.
