Vincent C. Jolly Jr. founded CVA Commercial Group, a 100% minority-owned, MBE Certified, full service commercial real estate firm in 2010.  CVA and its’ affiliates provide expertise and services within Private Equity, Development & Investments, Brokerage & Leasing, Building Material Supply & Distribution, Consulting, Property Management and Appraisal Valuation services, with a keen focus on government contracting.

Vince is a 22-year veteran in commercial real estate and started his career at Studley, Inc., now Savills Savills, a boutique national commercial real estate firm.   At Savills, Vince focused on new business development, origination and execution of transactions in Philadelphia and its surrounding markets. Vince’s niche became representing Government Agencies, Institutions and Non-Profit Organizations, large and small, and quickly became one of the leading real estate brokers in the Non-Profit sector based on transaction volume and deal size.  After his tenure at Savills, Vince joined SSH Real Estate as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. SSH is one of the largest privately held full service commercial real estate companies in the Greater Philadelphia Region, which includes Philadelphia and its suburban submarkets, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. At SSH, he combined his brokerage expertise with investments, development and property management.

Along the way, Vince began to be recognized as an industry leader for his work; individually named runner-up for The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Real Estate “Deal of the Year” in 2008 for the acquisition of 714 Market St on behalf of a client, and part of the team that ultimately won the award in the same year for the acquisition of 123 S Broad St.   Later, in 2017, he won the “Deal of the Year” award again for the lease for the First Judicial District in 120,000 SF at 714 Market Street. Vince became actively involved in civic and political initiatives; serving on a number Non-Profit Boards and working on former Mayor Michael Nutter’s Transition Team; specifically, The Mayors Crime & Safety and Public Property teams.
