Travis Clark specializes in multifamily, land, and other commercial brokerage services for institutional and private investors across the country with an emphasis on class A and B multifamily properties. Since 2017, Travis has been involved in the brokerage of apartment communities in Texas with a volume in excess of $250,000,000. Through consistently researching and analyzing market trends, Travis can recognize profitable opportunities for his clients while assisting in all aspects of the transaction process. Travis is an advocate of maintaining strong client relationships, and by implementing a long-term approach to investment sales, Travis continues to grow wealth for his clients well after closing.

Travis received his degree at San Diego State University and went on to become an award-winning sports anchor in Texas prior to joining GREA.
