Taylor Walsh

Taylor started his career at Merrill Lynch where he spent roughly six years doing investment banking and corporate advisory. He then transitioned to real estate brokerage serving as Director of capital markets for Scope Capital Group before becoming the first U.S. hire as Vice President at FINNEO, one of North America’s leading tech companies for commercial real estate debt and structured finance.

Taylor is focused exclusively on multifamily investment sales and debt placement in Southeastern United States. Taylor offers a depth range of local market knowledge and experience through his commitment to learning and presence at local events and conferences. His relationships are founded on trust, and strengthened by his work ethic and a strong commitment to excellence. Taylor is a former All-American wrestler at Indiana University and proud Co-Founder of The Prodigy Programs, a non-profit for young student-athletes.
