Taylor Brown

Taylor Brown began his career in 2008 with Brown Realty Advisors, where he was involved in the sale of over 100,000 units and over $5 billion in transaction volume. In 2022, the company rebranded as part of a national network of brokers named Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA), which Taylor co-founded and where he now heads the firm’s Atlanta office. His responsibilities span the entire lifecycle of a multifamily transaction, with an emphasis on customer service. Taylor has an in-depth understanding of financial underwriting, past and current market conditions, markets and submarkets throughout the Southeast US, and the negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements. His hands-on approach and candid advice have led to long-standing relationships and continued repeat business, and he has successfully negotiated all multifamily types, from distressed and value-add real estate to institutional core product. Today, his work includes representing ownership on a range of Southeast multifamily assets, and his reputation for direct, well-informed guidance has made him a go-to advisor for first-time sellers and institutional repeat clients alike.

Taylor is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He lives in Atlanta and is a devoted father of three and an active youth baseball coach. He is a lifelong Atlanta Braves fan and follows Georgia Bulldogs baseball closely, and in his free time he enjoys golf and outdoor entertaining with family and friends.
