Taylor Brown began his career in 2008 with Brown Realty Advisors where he was involved in the sale of over 100,000 units and over $5 billion in volume. His responsibilities span the entire lifecycle of a multifamily transaction with an emphasis on customer service. Taylor has an in-depth understanding of financial underwriting, past and current market conditions, markets and submarkets throughout the Southeast United States, and negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements. Taylor’s hands-on approach and candid advice has led to long standing relationships and continued repeat business. He has successfully negotiated all multifamily types between distressed and value-add real estate and institutional core product.
