Steve Mack rejoined the firm as Director, Multifamily Investment Sales and Lending in June 2016. Based in Hilton Head Island, SC, Steve heads GREA’s multifamily team in Central and Northern Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Eastern Georgia with a focus on investment sales, business development and debt and equity placement.
Steve brings over 20 years of multifamily brokerage experience to GREA. Prior to rejoining the firm, he was co-founder and Partner of Coastal Apartment Advisors from 2004 to 2016, where he was directly involved with transactions totaling $1.2 billion.
Before forming Coastal Apartment Advisors, he worked with Brown Realty Advisors in Atlanta in multifamily sales. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting from San Diego State University and is an inactive CPA.
