Shoghere Ourlian
Transaction Manager
Shoghere Ourlian serves as the Transaction Manager for the Detroit GREA team, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate marketing, operations, and deal coordination. She specializes in supporting investment sales and multifamily asset transactions, managing everything from offering memorandums and listing packages to client communications and deal timelines from listing to close.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Digital Marketing Certification from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Shoghere is fluent in English, Armenian, and Arabic.
Outside of work, Shoghere serves as the chairperson of a cultural and educational 501(c)(3) nonprofit and enjoys traveling with her family.
