Shayan specializes in multi-family brokerage for both Institutional and Private Client investors. Since 2004, he has evolved highly skilled experience in all aspects of multi-family brokerage services including valuation, generating new business, maintaining relationships, marketing, sale strategy and negotiation, to name a few. Shayan’s keen abilities to locate properties for sale, recognize opportunity and pair such real estate deals for his clients have assisted in earning him recognition as a top producer in the Greater Houston area.
During his established career, Shayan has been involved in the brokerage of over 500 apartment communities in Texas with volume in excess of $5 billion. He has assisted lenders (including several special servicers) with market data, BPOs, pricing strategies and represented them with their REO properties and notes.
Shayan received his BA in Economics with a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004.
