Sean Reynolds

Sean has been practicing multifamily brokerage since April 2012 and became Sr. Managing Director at GREA in 2021. He spent 5 years at SVN – Investment Sales Group (2014) and over 3 years at Greystone ISG (2019). Sean has played a critical role in the sale of hundreds of multifamily properties, thousands of units, and has been recognized as a “Top Producer” every year since 2014 and was named one of DFW’s “Power Brokers” in 2021.

Sean’s sales experience, attention to detail, marketing finesse, financial background and ability to manage relationships makes him an expert in the acquisition and disposition of A, B, and C – Class multifamily assets. He has local and regional specialization across the greater Dallas/Fort Worth markets as well as other primary, secondary and tertiary markets across the Sun Belt. Other services include the formation of Joint Ventures, Equity Raise and Debt Placement.

“Walking the walk and talking the talk,” Sean acquired invaluable insight to the investment world as he completed the full sale cycle of his own DFW multifamily properties. In 2020 he acquired, managed and later sold (1031 exchange in 2021) his own multifamily portfolio and continues to invest in private, GP and LP opportunities.

At GREA, Sean’s knowledge, unwavering commitment, patience and dedication to adding value for his clients has made him an excellent addition to the team as both a player and a coach. Away from the office, Sean enjoys traveling, staying active and spending time with his family.
