Samuel Cobb is an Associate with GREA Detroit, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Michigan. He works directly with private owners and investors to analyze asset performance, identify value-add opportunities, and strategically position properties to maximize value.

Graduating with a business degree from Northwood University, he developed a strong foundation in finance, leadership, and real estate principles. His academic background, combined with hands-on underwriting and market analysis experience, allows him to approach each assignment with a disciplined, data-driven perspective.

Prior to commercial real estate, Samuel built a strong foundation in client-facing and performance-driven roles, sharpening his ability to communicate effectively, negotiate strategically, and build long-term relationships.
