Sam Hewitt

Sam comes to GREA having been involved in commercial real estate since 2017, initially working in the commercial lending space, specializing in business development and asset management. After five years in commercial lending, Sam moved to CoStar Group in order to deepen his ties within the commercial real estate community, working with owners, brokers, developers, and lenders throughout Northwest Arkansas and Southern Missouri. Leveraging his professional network and market expertise from his time at CoStar, as well as his familiarity with the with lending landscape, Sam joined the GREA team in July of 2023 and is excited to be a part of the burgeoning multifamily market in Northwest Arkansas while also helping to grow GREA’s presence in the state.

Sam hails from Dallas, TX and is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Administration. He has two children, Tommy and Norah, with his wife Audrey. Sam and Audrey both have family in Northwest Arkansas and relocated to Fayetteville in 2021. They enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, floating, and camping. The Hewitt’s are members of The Grove Church in Fayetteville where they’re active in both the children’s and finance ministries.
