Ryan Schwartz

Ryan Schwartz is a Capital Services Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for debt and equity placement, with a focus on properties in the Bronx market. Mr. Schwartz joined Ariel Property Advisors from Walker & Dunlop where he was a Vice President in Capital Markets. Previously, he used his entrepreneurial acumen as the founder and operator of two businesses—a property management group and local jewelry store. Mr. Schwartz received a Bachelor of Talmudic Arts from Neveh Zion University in Israel. His professional affiliations include Young Jewish Professionals and Business Networking International. He volunteers with RCCS (Rofeh Cholim Cancer Society), which provides hope and relief for cancer patients and support for their families, Friendship Circle, which coordinates weekly activities for young adults with special needs, and Every Business Counts, a program he created to help young adults with special needs start small businesses.
