Since 2015, he has focused on all aspects of the transaction process from pricing strategies, marketing, due diligence, negotiations and closing of transactions. He employs an advisory approach to provide his clients with insight to make informed decisions on their investment needs.
Prior to joining GREA, Ryan was an Associate at a leading national brokerage firm where he was directly involved in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. Ryan guided and assisted private investors in the valuation of assets, escrow process and client development.
