Bob joined the GREA team in 2014 and has been essential to GREA’s growth since that time. He is a multifamily specialist, playing a key role in the sale of 5,000± apartment units valued at more than $1 billion in consideration. With his degree in real estate and transaction experience, he brings knowledge of local market trends through real-time, data-based analytics. By focusing exclusively on multifamily and Mixed-use investment sales, he has gained valuable experience and contacts, creating strong relationships with buyers and sellers. Bob’s commitment is to provide consistent, reliable, and reproducible results for his clients.  He looks forward to cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships through sound professional counsel in all real estate dealings. Born and raised locally in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Bob graduated from Temple University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in real estate.  He has received “40 Under 40” honors from the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal recognizing his accomplishments in the industry.
