Bob joined the GREA team full-time in June 2016. He was born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia Region, specifically the Bucks County area. Bob attended Temple University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate. Bob currently resides in the historic Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia.

With his degree in real estate and on job experience over the past 6 years he brings knowledge of local market trends through real-time data-based analytics. He has played a key role in the sale of over 750 units in excess of $55,000,000 in total consideration. Through focusing on multi-family investment sales in the Greater Philadelphia & Wilmington regions he has gained valuable experience and contacts.
