Rachel Courtney

Operations Manager

Rachel Courtney is the Operations Manager at Ariel Property Advisors. In this role she coordinates the daily operations of the New York City office, maintains company processes and manages the administrative team. Her role also encompasses HR responsibilities, leading recruiting processes and providing project management support to leadership. Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Ms. Courtney was a Workplace Experience and Real Estate Manager at AlphaSights, a global information services company. In this role she carried out project management, contributed to workplace strategy, and managed logistics and processes to ensure operational excellence. Additionally, Ms. Courtney was responsible for supporting company growth by assisting in the launch of new office spaces. She advised on facility configurations and space management, and managed relationships with vendors and contractors on the projects.

Ms. Courtney was raised in Northern Ireland, and graduated from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sustainable Development. During her studies she was an active member of the University of St. Andrews Charities Campaign, holding a position on the executive committee in her final year. Ms. Courtney moved to the United States after graduating in 2017 to begin her career in operations. In her free time Ms. Courtney enjoys cooking and trying new recipes and is a member of a cookbook club which meets once per month.
