Patrick Kernan

Patrick joined GREA’s Debt and Equity team in June 2025 as a Transaction Manager. In this role, he supports the team throughout the entire deal process — fielding client requests, preparing investment materials, and coordinating with capital providers to help source both debt and equity for clients nationwide.

Prior to joining GREA, Patrick spent two years at Independence Realty Trust (IRT), a publicly traded multifamily REIT, where he was part of the Asset Management team and gained experience in real estate operations, underwriting, and investment analysis.

Patrick is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, where he earned a degree in Finance in 2023. His diverse experience across multiple facets of the real estate industry gives him a strong foundation to support clients throughout the capital advisory process.
