Patrick Kernan

Patrick joined GREA’s Debt and Equity team in June 2025 as a Transaction Manager. In this role, he supports the team throughout the entire deal process — fielding client requests, preparing investment materials and presentations, and coordinating with capital providers to help source both debt and equity for clients nationwide.

Prior to joining GREA, Patrick spent two years at Independence Realty Trust (IRT), a publicly traded multifamily REIT, where he gained experience in real estate operations, underwriting, and investment analysis.

Patrick is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, where he earned a degree in Finance in 2023. His strong analytical foundation, client-first approach, and attention to detail allow him to add value across every stage of the capital advisory process.
