Nicole Daniggelis

Nicole Daniggelis is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In addition to originating and executing exclusive listings, she is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in Brooklyn, with a particular focus on Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens & The Columbia Waterfront District. Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Ms. Daniggelis served as a Director in Capital Markets at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield where she primarily focused on the Brooklyn markets. During her time there she was involved in the facilitation and valuation of all property types successfully participating in the sale of over 20 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $300 million. Ms. Daniggelis earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Yale University and also studied at the London School of Economics. During her tenure at Yale, she was a member of Yale’s Varsity Lacrosse Team where she was a two-time first team All-Ivy League and All-Region selection and holds multiple Ivy-League records. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and coaching both tennis & lacrosse.
