Nick Kirby

Nick received his BA from the University of Michigan in 2014 where he studied business and communications. He began his career in the real estate industry with GREA in its FKA entities, Bel Real Estate Advisors and Commercial Property Advisors and is currently focused on investment sales in Michigan and Ohio.

Early in his career, Nick focused on research, marketing, and the further development of the website and marketing platforms. During his marketing days, he created an accelerated data merge platform to help with efficiency and accuracy of all marketing projects. In his time since, Nick has transitioned to the brokerage side and underwritten over $1.25B in multifamily assets in the past 7 years ranging from Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Florida. Nick is a licensed salesperson in Michigan.
