Matthew Bean

Matthew Bean specializes in multi-family brokerage for both institutional and private investors. Since 2015, he has focused on all aspects of the transaction process from pricing strategies, marketing, due diligence, negotiations and closing of transactions. He employs an advisory approach to provide his clients with insight to make informed decisions on their investment needs.

Prior to joining GREA, Matthew was an Associate at a leading national brokerage firm where he was directly involved in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and Retail assets. Matthew has guided and assisted private investors in the valuation of assets, escrow process and client development.
