Luke DeLuca brings over 13 years of experience in the multifamily industry and has been a foundational member of GREA, joining the team at its inception. As one of the firm’s original agents, Luke has played a pivotal role in driving GREA’s growth, contributing to the successful sale of more than 6,200 units totaling over $2.2 billion in volume. Specializing in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties, Luke combines deep market insight with a relentless work ethic to deliver exceptional results for his clients. His ability to navigate complex deals and maximize value has earned him recognition as one of the region’s top producers, including a prestigious “40 Under 40” honor from the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal. Luke is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his bachelor’s degree and was a standout student-athlete. He was named an All-American fullback and helped lead the Penn Quakers to two Ivy League Championships.
