Lucas is a seasoned expert in multifamily brokerage catering to both institutional and private investors. He launched his career in 2010, dedicating six years to brokerage roles across local and national firms. His extensive background in brokerage equips him with unparalleled insights into property valuation and marketing strategies.

In 2018, Lucas transitioned to the principal side focusing on acquisitions and successfully securing numerous properties for his employers. This shift allowed him to deepen his expertise in underwriting, due diligence, negotiating service agreements and optimizing operating expenses. Throughout his professional journey, he has facilitated in procurement and closure of properties in excess of $390,000,000 in the real estate markets of Texas and Oklahoma.
