Lee Fehrenbacher

With over a decade of experience and more than $500 million in successfully completed transactions, Lee is committed to building long-term relationships by being the most knowledgeable broker in the market and a trusted resource for his clients. He is an active member of Multifamily NW’s Government Affairs Committee and dedicates much of his time advocating for housing providers throughout the Portland metro area.

His areas of expertise include financial analysis and market valuation, market studies, value-add repositioning, new construction and development, and the marketing and sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Before transitioning to brokerage, Lee worked as a journalist for various business publications after studying English and Journalism at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors in a tiny camper with his wife and two young children.
