Lee Fehrenbacher

For eight years, Lee has been following the commercial real estate market closer than most local experts. Prior to joining GREA, he was a reporter for the Daily Journal of Commerce, where he wrote hundreds of articles on Portland’s real estate market. Lee is skilled in multifamily property valuation and real estate finance. His encyclopedic knowledge of the multifamily development pipeline is but one reason Lee has worked on and helped close more than $300 million in apartment assets since joining GREA. Lee has a B.A. in English and Journalism from Western Washington University.

Lee is an avid recreational volleyball player in a co-ed league with his wife, Tara. According to Lee, he has earned back-to-back “King of the Court” honors. However, no such record seems to exist.
