As Director of Client Services & Systems Operations, Laura combines a deep commitment to client experience with a passion for building efficient, scalable systems. With degrees from Oregon State University and Willamette University College of Law, she brings both analytical rigor and strategic thinking to her leadership style.
In this role, Laura focuses on streamlining operations, optimizing workflows, and using data to drive continuous improvement across company systems. She thrives on bringing clarity to complex systems, improving internal processes, and creating structures that empower teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
What Laura enjoys most about her work is the intersection of planning, organization, and innovation—finding new ways to elevate both the client journey and internal collaboration. She believes that strong systems create space for better human connection and service.
Outside of work, she loves traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her dog, Tuna. You’ll often find her paddle boarding in the summer, on the golf course, or exploring new trails.
