Kiersten joined the team full-time in September 2025 after gaining valuable experience with a large property management company, where she focused on lease-up strategy and property management operations. A graduate of Temple University, she brings a strong foundation in business and real estate to her role. Kiersten supports the team with marketing research, rental and sales comparables, and transaction support for senior brokers, playing a key role in analyzing market data and assisting in the positioning of multifamily assets.
