Jonathan Ajodan

Jonathan Ajodan is an Associate in the Capital Services Group of GREA. He is responsible for assisting with the company’s debt and equity placement for a variety of property types including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development assets.

Mr. Ajodan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he was active in the Real Estate Club. Throughout college, he held internships at a number of commercial real estate firms in New York City. He is also the founder of the social media platform, HighlightClique, which promotes NBA content.

His interests include playing basketball/tennis, traveling, and backgammon.
