Jeff Jenkins

Jeff Jenkins specializes in multifamily brokerage, working primarily with private owners and investors throughout Texas. In addition to brokerage, Jeff is an active multifamily owner, operator, syndicator, asset manager, and former property manager, giving him firsthand experience with nearly every aspect of owning, operating, financing, improving, and selling investment real estate.

Jeff has been involved in real estate investing since 2013, with experience spanning acquisitions, residential brokerage, property management, multifamily syndication, asset management, property operations, financing, and investment sales. His background allows him to approach brokerage from an investor’s perspective, with a particular focus on valuation, NOI improvement, operations, financing, capital decisions, and identifying realistic opportunities to create value.

Outside of real estate, Jeff has owns and operates a multi-location business since 2011. That experience gives him a practical understanding of operations, staffing, financial decision-making, customer service, and the day-to-day realities of running a business, allowing him to relate naturally to other business owners and investors. Jeff graduated from the University of Houston in 2008.
