Jay Lohmann is a multifamily investment specialist in GREA’s Dallas office that works with private investors who sell and buy Class A, B and C apartment buildings and multifamily development sites in Texas. Major markets include Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Secondary markets include Sherman, Waco, Killeen, Denton, Lubbock, Tyler and more.
Mr. Lohmann is an experienced multifamily broker who specializes in guiding private and institutional investors through the multifamily investment sales process including underwriting, valuation, financing, marketing, negotiations and due diligence associated with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in Texas.
Prior to joining GREA, Jay spent 20 years as an entrepreneur, working in digital and database marketing, startups and technology.
