Jason M. Gold

Jason M. Gold is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In addition to originating and executing exclusive listing sales, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in the Bronx submarket. Since joining Ariel Property Advisors in 2012, Mr. Gold has arranged over 450 transactions in the Bronx with a gross consideration of $3 billion across all property types including multifamily, mixed-use, commercial and development sites. His market knowledge and sales acumen have helped propel Ariel to be the number one investment sales firm in the Bronx in the multifamily asset class for 2021 and 2022. In recognition of his outstanding work, dedication and the originations he generated in 2022, Ariel presented Mr. Gold with the firm’s Top Producer Award and honored him at the Silver Club level. Mr. Gold’s expertise and insights about the Bronx real estate market have landed him speaking engagements on Bisnow panels and the Stoler Report, appearances on Ariel’s Coffee & Cap Rates Podcast and quotes in articles in the Commercial Observer, Crain’s, Real Estate Weekly, The Real Deal, New York YIMBY, The New York Times and The Bronx Times. In 2017, the Commercial Observer selected Mr. Gold for its 30 Under 30 list, which recognizes outstanding, talented and emerging commercial real estate professionals in New York City. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gold worked as an Associate Director at Murray Hill Properties LLC, with a concentration on landlord and tenant representation throughout Manhattan. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
