Jared Rice

Jared has been practicing multifamily brokerage since 2019 and became Managing Director at GREA in 2024. Before joining GREA, he spent 5 years at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he played a key role in leading the Dallas-Fort Worth Multifamily Investment Sales Team throughout his last 3 years at the firm. During his tenure, Jared demonstrated exemplary leadership and capability in navigating complex transactions to deliver exceptional results for his clients. In 2022, he was presented with the company’s “Sales Achievement Award”, earning him recognition as a “Top Producer” within his former office.

Today at GREA, Jared remains focused on Multifamily owner representation, providing superior service to clients by leveraging his sales, marketing, real estate investment experience, and competitive drive from his background in professional sports. He and his team have averaged an industry-leading list-to-close ratio of 101.3% over the past 24 months. This is the result of Jared and his team’s property valuation expertise, financing experience, and dynamic approach to marketing apartment assets.

Prior to venturing into the world of Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales, Jared attended Southern Methodist University and was a member of the SMU Men’s Soccer Program. Post-graduation, he pursued his childhood goal and competed professionally in Denmark for FC Roskilde. In his spare time, you’ll find Jared around his friends & family, traveling, or out playing golf when he can.
