Jamie specializes in assisting private investors with their multifamily and land real estate transactions from inception to finish. Prior to joining GREA, Jamie worked for a Texas-based firm in their Austin office which gives him extensive knowledge of not only Houston but many other Texas metro, secondary, and tertiary markets. Throughout his distinguished career, Jamie has been involved in over $2 Billion in Texas multifamily transactions.
Before entering the Real Estate Industry, Jamie was an investor, Managing Director, and Partner in over 35 restaurants in Texas, Georgia, and Alabama. Jamie’s extensive and diverse professional experience along with his relationship-first focus, positions him to advise clients on investment opportunities, operations, market trends, additional income potential, and transaction life cycle to name a few.
Jamie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston.
