James Nestor

James Nestor is an Investment Sales Professional with GREA New York. In this role, he is responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives in Downtown Manhattan, with a particular focus on the neighborhoods of Lower East Side, Nolita, and Little Italy.

Mr. Nestor has extensive experience evaluating and marketing properties across various asset classes, including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development. In recognition of his accomplishments, New York Real Estate Journal featured him in its 2022 Ones to Watch spotlight of real estate professionals.

Prior to joining, Mr. Nestor was an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap, focusing on multifamily properties in Midtown Manhattan. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Media Planner at advertising firm Publicis Groupe.

Mr. Nestor’s professional affiliations include membership in the Small Property Owners of New York (SPONY). During his leisure time, he enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling with his wife and two sons.

Academically, Mr. Nestor holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Manhattanville University.
