Ivan Petrovic

Ivan Petrovic is one of the Founding Partners of Ariel Property Advisors. Mr. Petrovic is responsible for spearheading all market research efforts and for sustaining a state of the art sales support operation for the company. He plays an instrumental role in shaping the company’s branding efforts, its operational platform and web development. Mr. Petrovic led the efforts to integrate a comprehensive Customer Relations Management platform into Ariel Property Advisors’ current operation and customized the system to specifically meet the needs of our professionals and clients. Additionally, Mr. Petrovic leads a team of investment research professionals that produce a variety of market reports covering a range of topics important to the investment property sales industry. These sales reports have been established as a premier resource for our sales team, owners, investors and other real estate professionals. Prior to his role at Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Petrovic was a Director of Research at Massey Knakal Realty Services, now Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Petrovic was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia. He came to the United States in 2000 and graduated from Baruch College in 2004 with a B.S. in business administration, with concentrations in international finance and marketing.
