Gary Goldmeier

Gary Goldmeier is an Associate in GREA’s St. Louis office, specializing in multifamily investment sales and underwriting. He brings hands-on experience in property operations, asset management, and Excel-based financial modeling, with a background managing both distressed and stabilized communities.

Prior to GREA, Gary managed operations for more than 600 units across St. Louis, including a 334-unit distressed asset where he oversaw compliance, collections, vendor coordination, and financial reporting. His early career experience gives him a practical, operations-driven perspective on investment performance and value creation.
