Eli Pollack

Eli joined GREA in January 2026 as a Market Research Analyst. In this role, he supports the brokerage team by conducting market research, underwriting pro formas, preparing rent and sales comparables, and managing the team’s sales database, primarily across the Philadelphia and South Jersey markets.

Eli is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration in 2025.
