Daniel Yadgaroff

Daniel joined the team full-time in June 2021 after interning at GREA during his senior year of college. He graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. Daniel’s drive, entrepreneurial experiences, and brokerage experience in the Philadelphia suburban market allow him to proactively advise both private capital and institutional investors with their individual asset and portfolio goals. His focus is on providing results and the highest level of service to his clients in the Greater Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC Multi-Family Markets.
Daniel is a member of Maryland Multi-Housing Association and JFRE. He is also a member of both NAIOP Philadelphia and NAIOP MD.
