Daniel joined GREA in 2020, where he advises private clients, family offices, and institutional investors on multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and equity placement throughout the Mid-Atlantic. He specializes in the disposition of market-rate and affordable apartment buildings and is a member of GREA’s National Affordable Housing Team. A Temple University alumnus with an entrepreneurial background, Daniel brings a data-driven approach and unwavering dedication to his clients’ goals. He is a member of the Jewish Federation Real Estate Group, the Pennsylvania Apartment Association, the New Jersey Apartment Association, and the Building Industry Association, and is involved with Israel Bonds Real Estate Division. Based in Center City, Philadelphia, he stays closely connected to the markets he serves.
