Daniel joined the firm in 2020, where he advises clients on multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, and financing across the Mid-Atlantic. A Temple University alumnus with a background in entrepreneurship, Daniel is known for his data-driven approach and dedication to client goals. He currently resides in Old City, Philadelphia, staying deeply connected to the markets he serves.
