Corey Allen

Corey is a Little Rock native who relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2013 after serving as a linguist in the United States Air Force. He began his commercial real estate career in 2019 with Colliers International (now Colliers|Arkansas), specializing in retail leasing. Corey refocused his specialization to multifamily investment sales in the fall of 2022 and joined the GREA Arkansas team in October of 2023. He is a member of the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS, the Arkansas Apartment Association, the local CCIM Chapter, and is a CCIM Candidate.

Corey is married to Susan, a University of Arkansas graduate who works as Director of Marketing for Mars, Inc in Rogers. Corey and Susan have one child, Lewis, and are expecting a second child. Corey’s hobbies outside of commercial real estate include golfing at Fayetteville Country Club, boating on Lake Hamilton, and watching the St. Louis Cardinals.
