Cody Hagerman

Cody brings 29 years of multifamily investment sales and advisory experience to clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. His in-depth knowledge of the multifamily sector, and ability to forecast trends through macro- and micro-level market forces, has made him an invaluable resource for investors. Cody is consistently sought out by national, institutional and regional ownership groups to advise and execute on dispositions, acquisitions, or strategic positioning during hold periods. Cody has led the team in some of the region’s most complex and creative transactions and has built a reputation for being one of the best apartment brokers on the West Coast.

Cody graduated from the University of Montana with a B.S. in Financial Management. Cody is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon and Washington.

When he is not working or spending time with his wife and four young sons, Cody can be found golfing or fly fishing.
