Christopher has been in the commercial real estate advisory industry for more than a decade, with a specialized focus in ground-up development and construction finance across all asset types. Christopher’s expertise in developing strategic plans, analyzing market data, and financial projections allows him to service financing requests, business portfolios, and capital management.


Christopher’s solution-focused mindset and extensive marketplace knowledge is what allows him to consistently take the lead on large accounts and construction capital requests. In 2019, he furthered his finance career and repertoire of assets to include high-rise developments by securing a $50 Million construction loan for a prominent Philadelphia-based group on their ground up student housing project at Temple University. Christopher worked closely with the developer, architect, and general contractor to procure the most profitable unit mix then syndicated three local and regional lending institutions for project funding.


Christopher’s exceptional and unmatched vision led to procurement of capital for a $120 Million high-end condo development. Over the last decade, Christopher ‘s advisory services have allowed clients to develop and secure $750 Million in assets across 20 states. To further his career as a capital advisor, Christopher signed with RCA/GREA in the Spring of 2023 with a plan to continue his focus in sourcing debt and equity for major developments projects, as well as transitional and stabilized assets, concentrating on the Northeast, Southeast and Sun Belt states.
