Christopher Farmer

Christopher Farmer brings more than eight years of specialized experience in the multifamily industry, with a deep focus on advisory services for owners and developers across Pennsylvania. Before joining GREA in June 2026, he held a position on Berkadia’s Capital Markets team and later led the Philadelphia office at Greysteel. Throughout his career, Chris has been instrumental in closing more than $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions, guiding clients through the full spectrum of acquisition strategy, disposition planning, and capital allocation. A Philadelphia native, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from Villanova University, where he was also a three-year starter on the varsity football team and a member of the 2009 National Championship squad.
