Chéri Roohi

Investment Sales

Chéri Roohi is an Investment Sales Associate at GREA. In this role, she is responsible for executing exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout New York City. Ms. Roohi is involved in marketing a diverse array of asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, commercial, and development sites.

Prior to joining GREA, Ms. Roohi was an investment sales associate at IPRG, where she applied the strategic growth methodologies she gained while working in San Francisco’s tech sector to New York City’s commercial real estate landscape. At GREA, she leverages this unique combination of tech-sector agility and local real estate expertise to navigate the complexities of the New York market.

Previously, she held a variety of sales and marketing roles at several technology firms, focusing on driving go-to-market strategies for high-growth startups. This experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment provided her with a sharp analytical lens and a results-driven approach to client service.

Ms. Roohi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of San Francisco. Outside of the office, she enjoys immersing herself in all that New York City has to offer, from exploring museums and seasonal pop-ups to discovering the city’s evolving culinary scene. Originally from California, she remains very close with her family; her five nieces and nephews serve as her primary motivation for professional success.
