Charles Emmott

Charles specializes in the sale and acquisition of multi-family properties in the rapidly growing Texas metro, urban and tertiary markets, helping GREA clients diversify their investments across a variety of economic markets and geographic locations.
Prior to joining GREA, he attended the University of Houston majoring in finance, then joined the US Navy with duty in the Submarine Reserves and active duty at NAS Alameda. Initially his career involved commercial printing and direct mail. Ultimately merging his firm with sixteen companies in five states to create a top fifty national platform.
His community service included leadership of professional and not-for-profit organizations, the Houston BMA and a local Episcopal school. Charles enjoys all forms of outdoor activity, hiking, kayaking, golf and fishing.
