Charles “CJ” Lang

Charles joined the team full-time in July of 2022 after interning with the company his senior year. He was born and raised in the Bucks County area of Greater Philadelphia. CJ graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance, with a minor in Real Estate. CJ’s role consists of working with the Suburban team to conduct database research as well as analyzing and interpreting market trends. He also provides market rental comparables, sales comparables, and financial underwriting for his team. CJ’s goal is to bring great motivation to the GREA group and extend his knowledge in the industry in the coming years.
