Byron’s career in commercial real estate began in 2017 working as an assistant analyst for the SVN | Investment Sales Group. By the start of 2018 Byron transitioned into an associate Broker role where he closed over $28MM in transactions in his first full year, earning the recognition as a “Top Producer.” Byron’s focus includes brokering the acquisition/disposition of land, SFR portfolios, and multi-family assets in the Texas and Oklahoma markets, as well as the placement of debt on those transactions. Since the start of his career, Byron has played a role in over 50 closed transactions with a volume in 2021 totaling over $57MM, earning him the recognition from D-CEO as a DFW 2022 “Power Broker.”

Byron’s prior experience includes 14 years of working in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance sales. Byron developed his strong business acumen through his experience helping business and property owners alike. Byron’s ability to assist property owners through soft and hard markets and navigate the nuances of premium savings and loss control strategies have proven a key driver of NOI and investment performance. His experience in P&C insurance, real estate finance, and tenure with GREA, equip him as needed to advise investors through market cycles, and the critical decision-making process to maximize returns from acquisition through disposition. The key to Byron’s success is putting his client’s needs first.

Byron attended Collin College where he earned his Associate of Arts in Business with summa cum laude honors. After Collin College Byron attended Southern Methodist University and graduated with a BBA in real estate finance from the Cox School of Business. Byron is a proud father of his daughter, Evie Griffith. When Byron is not selling real estate, he can be found spending time with his family.
