As Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer for the GREA Portland office, Bonnie brings a wealth of experience in creating dynamic marketing materials and innovative promotional strategies for multifamily, industrial, and retail properties. Since joining GREA in September 2023, she has played a pivotal role in developing property marketing collateral, including Offering Memorandums, BOVs, and comprehensive digital campaigns, ensuring the consistency of the company’s brand across all platforms. Her commitment to leveraging the latest technologies and research to enhance property visibility and investor engagement aligns with her personal mission to transform and elevate real estate marketing. Prior to GREA, Bonnie enhanced her expertise at CBRE and Marcus & Millichap, where she specialized in property marketing and brand management. Bonnie holds a BA in History of Art and Museum Studies from the University of Michigan, blending her passion for aesthetics and detail into every aspect of her professional work.
