Bobby Mills

Bobby Mills is Managing Director at GREA, a national multifamily advisory firm delivering comprehensive investment services across the country. Based in St. Louis, Bobby leads the firm’s Midwest expansion and specializes in both private capital and institutional multifamily transactions. His client-first, advisory-driven approach emphasizes transparency and collaboration, ensuring owners and investors receive thoughtful, strategic guidance rather than transactional brokerage.

With more than 10 years of experience, Bobby has been directly involved in over $2 billion of multifamily transactions, totaling more than 25,000 units. Prior to joining GREA, he served as a Senior Director of Investment Sales in Berkadia’s St. Louis office, where he quickly established himself as one of the Midwest’s top producers. He previously was the lead multifamily broker at Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis and began his career as a Financial Analyst on the firm’s Capital Markets Team.

Bobby’s leadership enhances GREA’s fully integrated Midwest Team, where he partners with colleagues across Chicago, Detroit, and Indianapolis to provide clients with seamless advisory services across multiple markets. This collaborative model allows the team to deliver best-in-class execution and strategic insight for clients managing portfolios across the region.

Bobby holds both a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from the University of Dayton, where he was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team.

Outside of work, Bobby enjoys time with his family and is active in the St. Louis community.
